Terms & Conditions – FortyTravel

Welcome to FortyTravel. By accessing our website or booking any travel service with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. Once confirmed, booking details will be shared via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

2. Payment Policy

• An advance payment is required to confirm any tour package.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.
• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other online payment methods provided by our team.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges depend on the timing of cancellation:

• 15 days before arrival: Full refund of advance (excluding service charges)
• 7 to 14 days before arrival: 50% refund of advance
• Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund

(These policies may be updated as per company guidelines.)

4. Changes to Itinerary

FortyTravel reserves the right to modify or adjust the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, or any unforeseen circumstances, ensuring the safety and comfort of travelers.

5. Accommodation & Transport

Hotels, houseboats, and transport services are provided as per the selected package. In case of unavailability, similar standard alternatives will be arranged.

6. Travel Safety

We take all reasonable measures to ensure your safety. However, FortyTravel is not responsible for delays, accidents, or disruptions caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Strikes or political disturbances
• Government restrictions or regulations

7. Responsibilities of Travelers

• Guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof during the trip.
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the traveler.
• Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicles must be borne by the guest.

8. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled tour date without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

9. Website Content

All content, including text, images, and logos on this website, is the property of FortyTravel. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

All disputes and legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
